our history

Barrel Precision Machining traces its roots back to 2007, when our founders opened a Knoxville manufacturing facility to bring innovative ideas to life. After a surge in demand for firearm components, we launched a sister brand, Tactical Kinetics, quickly becoming a top supplier of high-quality barrels.

Recognizing market volatility, we chose to diversify by applying the same precision CNC and deep-hole drilling expertise to sectors like medical, marine, and power generation. Steady growth, customer-focused engineering, and a commitment to quality spurred continuous investment in top-tier equipment, earning us a reputation for technical excellence.

Today, Barrel Precision Machining stands as a testament to our team’s dedication, evolving from a passion for firearms into a trusted manufacturing partner across multiple high-value industries. Headquartered in the Knoxville/Oak Ridge region, we’re proud to manufacture in the USA and distribute nationwide—serving clients with the same enthusiasm and precision that started it all.
